The NCP303152 integrates a high-side MOSFET, low-side MOSFET, and MOSFET gate driver into a single compact PQFN-39 package, optimized for high-current DC-DC buck converter applications. Capable of delivering **up to 50 A average current** and **80 A peak (10 ms)**, this device features robust 30 V breakdown voltage MOSFETs, supports switching frequencies up to **1 MHz**, and is compatible with both **3.3 V and 5 V PWM inputs** (including 3-level PWM with optional zero-cross detection). It includes precise current monitoring, internal bootstrap diode, over-temperature (thermal flag), over-current, and under-voltage protections, making it ideal for dense power regulation in desktops, notebooks, graphics cards, routers, and switches.
